Follow these steps to send digital assets safely from your crypto exchange or personal wallet to an external destination.
Obtain the Destination Address & Network:
Open your Rainbet wallet and select the bundle you'd like to purchase. Select your cryptocurrency, choose the receiving network (e.g., Bitcoin, ERC-20, TRC-20, Solana), and copy the receiving wallet address.
Access the Send or Withdraw Section:
Open your source crypto exchange app or personal wallet, go to your asset balance or portfolio, and select Withdraw or Send.
Select Asset & Matching Network: Select the cryptocurrency you want to transfer. Choose the deposit network that identically matches the network selected on your destination wallet.
Paste Address & Enter Amount:
Always double-check address characters to prevent loss. Paste the receiving address into the destination field and enter the transfer amount. Always verify the first and last four characters of the address to ensure accuracy before proceeding.
Complete Security Verification (2FA):
Review the transaction summary (Asset, Network, Address, Fees). Complete your 2-Factor Authentication (Authenticator app code, passkey, or email confirmation link) to authorize the transaction.
Submit & Track Blockchain Confirmation:
Submit the withdrawal request. Once processed, use the generated Transaction Hash (TXID) to monitor real-time network confirmations on a blockchain explorer.
Important Safety Checklist
Network Matching: Transferring funds across mismatched networks (e.g., sending ERC-20 tokens to a Solana network address) will result in permanent loss of assets.
Minimum Withdrawal Amounts: Check your exchange's minimum transfer limits and network gas fees to ensure your withdrawal exceeds the required threshold.
Address Whitelisting: If your exchange account has address whitelisting or withdrawal lock rules enabled, ensure your destination address is saved and verified in advance.
